Shipping Policy
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, please allow for slight delays. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer domestic shipping within the United States via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on orders meeting a minimum value threshold.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
Pre-Order Items
Some items may be marked as Pre-Order, meaning they are not currently in stock but are available for advance purchase.

Pre-order items typically ship within 2–4 weeks.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the order until all items are ready to ship.
To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in purchasing, please contact us directly at cbrown@thepinhub.com.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check around your property, porch, garage, and mailbox.
- Confirm with household members or neighbors in case they received it.
- Contact your local post office with the tracking number — they can often GPS-scan the exact delivery location.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. However, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help guide you through the next steps.
